I am very glad that Sirius Dust Review took the time to review ‘Swimming in Hong Kong’. This site is devoted to reading and discussing books written and created by women of color, working class, queer, and disabled literary artists. This is a serious mission and I am honored to be included in these efforts to seek out and read material written by those who are often marginalized by society. The mainstream narratives that we accept and believe are the only ones to document and speak of our humanity can be limiting and debilitating. I hope we can support the literary efforts of those with a vision to see another side to who we are and what we can be. Thanks Roman Johnson, for taking the time to read, and know that I am rooting for the success of the Sirius Dust Review. Cheers and mahalo!
